Why does this happen?
We have recently upgraded our platform and the whole system has been changed for the license key activation method. Some websites may face License key inactive issues on their websites.
How to fix it?
To fix the issue:
- Navigate to the My Account page and download the latest theme file.
- Now go to Appearance > Themes in your WordPress dashboard.
- Deactivate & Delete the theme .
- Click on Add New upload the latest theme file and activate.
If the issue persists, then please reach out to our Support Team and we will look into it further.

A few other changes
Some orders from April 2024 and May 2024 will see a change in their order IDs. We will implement a new license key system and new keys will be issued for all the customers. New keys will be available in your accounts later on.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. But rest assured, this was necessary for the continuation of our services and to provide our customers with better services.

Apny account se theme file download kar k install kar lain. Agar download access nahi hai to support team se rabta kar lain WhatsApp pe, apka issue fix kar dia jaye ga.
